Faith in Bloom Circle: Managing Everyday Stress

Life asks women to carry a lot and sometimes we become so accustomed to carrying it that we forget to notice what it’s costing us. For this Faith in Bloom Circle, we welcomed Jessika Rutledge, LMHC for an honest conversation about everyday stress and practical ways to manage it from a place of faith, self-awareness and care. Together, we talked about recognizing the signs of stress, creating space to refill and restore, and using simple tools that can help us move through daily life with greater intention. It was a beautiful morning of conversation, connection and a reminder that caring for ourselves matters, too.

Faith in Bloom Circle: Money 101

Our relationship with money is about so much more than numbers. It’s shaped by our experiences, habits, fears, hopes and the future we imagine for ourselves and our families.

At this Faith in Bloom Circle, we welcomed Shavon Roman, financial strategist, transformational money coach and founder of Heal. Plan. Invest., for Money 101—an approachable and empowering conversation about taking greater ownership of our financial lives.

Together, we explored the connection between our emotions and our finances, the importance of creating a plan that reflects our real lives and priorities, and the steps we can take toward greater financial confidence and long-term wealth.

Most importantly, Shavon reminded us that we don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. We can learn, make a plan and take the next step.
