Programs & Events

Our programs and events are rooted in faith and shaped by the natural rhythms of growth: planting, tending, waiting, and blooming. Each gathering is designed to be a place where women are supported spiritually and practically—reminded that they are not meant to carry life’s questions or responsibilities alone.

At the heart of our programs is the belief that faith grows best when it is nurtured by both reflection and wisdom.

Faith in Bloom Circles

Faith in Bloom Circles is a monthly support circle where women come together to encourage one another through faith. It's a space for prayer, conversation, and connection.

Each circle is intentionally designed by Mrs. LaShawnda Cleare to bring together faith and lived experience. Drawing from the people she has learned from throughout her own journey, Mrs. Cleare invites trusted voices—experts, mentors, and practitioners from a range of fields—to join the circle and share their knowledge with care and humility.

These conversations are not lectures. They are offerings—shared so that women feel supported, informed, and less alone as they navigate their own paths.

Whether you are:

  • supporting a child with a strong passion or calling

  • navigating life alongside a student athlete or pro athlete

  • making complex decisions for your family

  • or simply carrying the weight of everyday responsibilities

Thoughtful Reflection

Time is intentionally set aside for reflection—allowing space to listen, process, journal, and engage with ideas in a way that feels grounded and personal, not rushed or prescriptive.
